- If you are placing a CUSTOM BUTTONS ORDER, please fill out THIS ORDER FORM.
- If you are placing an order for OUR BUTTON DESIGNS, please fill out the online order form below. Once we receive your order, we will make sure that we have the items available and will send you an invoice for these buttons, including CA sales tax and shipping fees. Once we receive payment and it clears through Paypal, we will proccess and ship out your order.
